Program Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The Hiking Dog Co Loyalty Program ("Program") is open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. By participating in the Program, members ("Members") agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Membership: Membership is free and no initial purchase is required. By joining the Program, Members agree to receive advertising, marketing materials, and other communications from Hiking Dog Co, unless explicitly opted out.
Points and Rewards: Members earn points on eligible purchases made at Hiking Dog Co. The number of points earned may vary for different promotions and products. Points are not transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Account Termination: Hiking Dog Co reserves the right to terminate a Member's account if it has been inactive for more than 12 months or if Hiking Dog Co believes in its sole discretion that the Member has violated the Terms and Conditions.
Modification of Terms: Hiking Dog Co reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to Members.
Limitation of Liability: Hiking Dog Co and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a Member's participation in the Program or a Member's entitlement to earn points.
Data Privacy: By joining the Program, Members consent to Hiking Dog Co collecting and using their personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Iowa without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
