Disclaimer: Please be advised that the application you are about to use is currently in its alpha stage of development. As such, it is intended solely for entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon for any other purpose. By using this application, you acknowledge and accept the following:
Data Loss: Due to the nature of alpha software, there is a possibility of data loss or corruption. We strongly recommend that you do not use this application for storing or processing any critical or sensitive information.
Unpredictable Responses: The digital characters within this application may generate unpredictable responses and reactions. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or reliability of their actions or statements.
Refunds: There is no refund for gems purchase.
Minimum Gems Required: At this time, a minimum of 24 gems is required at any given time to conduct actions within your world state. This is to solve for the wide variety of gem use-cases that emerge. If you have less than the amount, a message will appear indicating your critically low and unable to continue. At 0 gems in your account, you will lose access to all journals and be required to purchase a gem refill pack to continue using the software.
Gem Expiration: Gems do not last forever, are non-transferable, and have no monetary value.
No Liability: By using this application, you agree to assume all risks associated with its use and release the developers, owners, and operators from any and all liability arising from your use of the application. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers, owners, and operators from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the application.
Use at Your Own Risk: You acknowledge that you are using this application at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the application. By proceeding to use this application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this disclaimer. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this application.
Terms Duration: The most current version of the terms shall be the governing rules for the application. You acknowledge that these terms may be modified at any time by the application owners.
Card Drop Odds: The card drop odds are provided here. The algorithm for this is calculated by a progressive win loop. If no win is found, then 100% common card is provided. If a win is found, then the odds are calculated based on the rarity of the card. The odds are as follows:

Cards are awarded on a win-rate basis. The roll algorithm proceeds in this fashion:
Roll dice to see if the Player should be awarded an Exotic. If the player does not receive an exotic, then proceed to roll for a Legendary. If the new roll of dice does not award a Legendary, then roll for a Rare. If the player does not receive a Rare from the roll, then award a Common card.
Duplicate cards are automatically converted to a System award. This will be a grant of Gems between 10 and 100 based on the rarity of the card.
